Passionate about health and nutrition
Phei decided to follow her passion for health and nutrition, studying a Bachelor Degree in Health Science in Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine after working in the banking industry for nearly four years.
Phei has a special interest in gastrointestinal and women’s health due to personal experiences in combating gut and menstrual health.
Gastrointestinal conditions that Phei supports include:
Inflammatory bowel syndromes (IBS) with symptoms such as bloating, indigestion, abdominal pain, flatulence, constipation, and/or diarrhoea
Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) such as Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative colitis
Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD) such as reflux and/or heartburn
Small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)
Food allergies and intolerances
Prevention and management of traveller’s diarrhoea, and
Gastrointestinal microbiota restoration*.
Women’s health conditions that Phei supports include:
Premenstrual syndromes (PMS) such as painful periods, fatigue, breast soreness, hormonal acne, etc.;
Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)
Fertility, preconception care, pregnancy care, postnatal support and
Peri-menopause and menopause.
With a combination of nutritional medicine and lifestyle modifications, Phei aims to empower her clients towards achieving long-term positive health changes in their life. When necessary, she also prescribes high-quality supplements along dietary and lifestyle changes to aid the body in restoring balance.
Phei will guide you step-by-step through the dietary and lifestyle modification that works for you. While some of these changes may seem small and basic, but the ripple effect of small things is extraordinary.
